We are an oceanfront Condo Hotel property located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Built in 1966, our property is frequently referred to as the Marco Polo hotel. Our building is comprised of 509 residential units and 109 commercial units.

Sunny Isles Beach, Florida has been dubbed "Florida's Riviera". Famously known for its very unique skyline of plush, modern high rises, we are proud to be a staple along our sandy beaches.
